1. Who is responsible
Leaddoor (company being registered in Indonesia). Contact: the Talk to us form.
2. What we collect
Only what you send in the Talk to us form: name, agency, team size, WhatsApp number, email, country and your message. Our hosting provider also processes technical data, such as IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it
To reply to you, to understand who is interested in Leaddoor, and to run and secure the site. Legal basis (where GDPR applies): your request to be contacted, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
4. Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers that store or host the data (our hosting provider and our database provider). We do not sell your data. We do not send you marketing messages unless you asked to be contacted or agreed.
5. Where it is stored
With our providers, which may process data outside your country (including outside Indonesia and the EU). We rely on the safeguards those providers offer.
6. How long
We keep enquiries as long as we need them to follow up. We delete them when you ask, or when we no longer need them.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object to our use of it, or to withdraw consent. Write to us through the Talk to us form. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. Indonesian users have rights under Indonesia's personal data protection law.
8. Children
The site is for businesses. It is not meant for people under 18.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and its date first.
